Decribe a place in merced worth visiting?

DMy favorite place in merced to visit is the applegate park. I don"t go there very much any more, because my childern are older now. This park also has some child hood memorys for me. The park has changed alot over the years. Lots of things have been torn down. Like the water fountain and the rock brige, you could walk over the running water, from the fountain.The park also has zoo, this too has changed. The zoo used to be free, but now there is a small fee. The park states this is because of the higher up keep. Also it has more employes to pay. The park also has six kiddy rides, and a real neat old train ride that goes around the whole park. I have been to alot parks and never have seen a train ride like this one. The park rides are open only in spring and summer. When you want to ride any of the rides, there is a small fee. This part of the park is run by the kwianas club. They take turns running all the rides. So if you get a chance to visit its on Rst just past the bear creek brige. The zoo is open most of the time winter spring,summer,and fall. Well thats my where Iwould go. And you should too.

Describe My Room

FFirst of all, do I describe my apartment bedroom or my house bedroom?. Lets do this, how about the easyest one. My bedroom at my apartment is much smaller than my house, it also is easyer to decribe the details. When you come into the apartment, you can turn right, thats the bedroom door or left, thatsthe liveing room. I share my bedroom with my daughter Julie, who is sixteen. We both have our own beds of course. The bedroom is very big !, also it has a great big closet with slideing doors. We also have a big dresser, TV, is on the dresser. Also there is a DVD player and phone on a glass table next to dresser. Every thing is hooked to comcast. There isis also two big windows to the right, when you walk into the room. Also there is a door that leads to the restroom. We also have two night stands with table lamps, because we both like to read before we go to bed. Now for my house bedroom. It is the master bedroom. When you enter the house, you have to go through the living room first, to get to the bedroom. This room is very large, with a king size bed, and one night stand on each side of the bed. This room also has a huge dresser with a big mirrer and book shelves. Also there is a smaller dresser, well not that small,it has six drawers. The room also has a huge secutary desk, that use to be my husbands moms. He bought the desk for her when she did his book keeping for his company. But when she passed away, the desk was given back to Kevin. It is very beatiful. Also there is a antique chair, and love seat that are dark green. Also we have a antique book stand where I keep my special books, and my antique mirrowers which I collect. Also on the book stand I have my very first walking shoes, and some picture frames with my children in them. Also there is a old blanket holder, magizine stand, also a old ceder chest. Well thats my bedrooms.

Kindness

First of all I was bourght up knowing that you should treat others as you would like to treated. So all my life Ive done things for other people, like my family and my close friends. For an exsample if my children wanted to go some where for the weekend and I had made plans for the same weekend, I would change plans for them.Also when my mother was still alive, I would do what ever she needed,because she was bed ridden with M.D. , and could not do very much for her self. So I tryed real hard to understand when she was so demanding of me. And also I only have one sister,and she needed me alot too. Because she was kind of jeolous of life style. Monica also had a drug problem. I even moved my family closer to her, and Troy her husband. And when I say closer I mean right next door. This was a big mistake, my family will never let me for get it. They still ask me what was I thinking?. I still try and do my best to help others,so maybe if some time I need help?. People will remember what Ive done?. You know the old saying what goes around comes around.

To do things out kindness and not thinking of yourself

Home work - Finals

My story starts with my best friend, who could"nt get her home work done on time, because she was a cheer leader. So I offerd to help her out. But then things started getting out of hand. She would just get her home work assiment and then call me and say denise I need my home work done by monday, if she had home work over the wek end. And I would ask her why she could"nt do this herself?. She would either say, she did not have time or she did"nt understand the home work. I started telling her that if she could not do the work, how was she suppose to be able to do the finals. Also I was starting to get streed out and told her so. Well sure enough when finals were do, she could not do the work, and she recived a F. She blamed me for not helping her study, so she could not pass. So we ended up not bring friends any more and she lost her place on the cheer leading team, until she brought her grades up. This was not my fault and I lost a best friend all brcause I tryed to help a friend out.

Going tubing 8/29/o7

My favorite activity is going tubing at the lake. First we tie a rope to the back of our boat, and then we tie it to a tube. Next the person climbs down the ladder that's on boat, and climbs on the tube. Each person has to learn to position them selfs on the tube. Next the boat takes off at a high speed. If the person dosnt learn how to turn into the tube with there body, when the boat turns and the rope snaps out of the turns, you might fly off the tube into the lake. I;ve learned the right motions and if the person dose not do this right it can be painful. Water can inter your mouth if it is not shut, and choke this person. But the only way to learn is to get right back on the tube and try again over and over again.Now that I;ve learned this water sport I really enjoy going super fast its a high for me. The water spalsing in my face, and my body turning all over the lake at super speed, what a rush!.

Writing Poems 8/15/07

The one writing story that stands out in my mind, is when I was fourteen a freshmen in high school. All year in my English class we wrote stories poems. At that point in life I really enjoyed writing poems. I thought that they were good because my friends that I was close to enjoyed reading them. Well now for the thing that happened. At the end of the school we were told to turn in our best writing I thought my teacher would give me an A. But instead she gave me an C. She wrote above my grade that my poem was not written the way she had taught us,meaning the class. This just hurt my feelings so bad , because that poem was written from the bottom of my heart about the people I had met my freshmen year and how I had grown to enjoy writing. What I learned from this was, what is important to one person is not always important to others. So from that day on my poems were never shown to anyone to read. This way I don;t get hurt again.

Don Padro

I live at entrance the Sierra foothill hamlet of Lake Don Pedro, on two and half acres that overlook Barret Cove in the distance. The cove itself has two camp grounds surrounding the big lake. Everyday in the summer the campgrounds are jam packed with fisherman or water sports enthusiasts. Rental house boats leave the dock and drift across the lake. Folks stop at either the general store at the campgrounds or at the Barret Cove Port supply store and restaurant. The Barret Cove Port is larger and has a variety of different things to buy, like hats, bathing suits, fishing gear, ice chests, and other items necessary for those visiting. On a patio is an outdoor restaurant that serves burgers, fries, and milk shakes. Sometimes I sit out on the veranda with a cup of coffee and watch the boats go by. Since we are also near the road leading to the campgrounds, we wake up to the sounds of early morning recreational traffic. During the last five years my husband and I have sweated to create our paradise, so it's interesting to see so many folks coming in search of the peace and tranquility that we have everyday of the year.

LEARNING ABOUT COMPUTERS

Computers are very interesting to me. I hope learen alot this year?. We will be at this computer lab on wednesdays. Im going to pratice at home so I will not be made fun of, This happened to me last year, and the teacher did not do any thing about it.
